SMART AND ACCURATE DREDGING


Watermaster’s state of the art Cutter Pump is an essential part of the Watermaster concept. Together with the Integral Watermaster Operating System (IWOS) it enables 50% to 100% more effective pumping time compared to conventional methods. Over 96% of the total operating time is available for productive work and less than 4% goes to repositioning the machine.

Novatron X-site easy for measurement and indication of dredging depth. Novatron measures work tool’s depth, distance and angle under the water. Cabin display shows measured values online. Each work tool is pre-calibrated into the system at Watermaster factory. Delivery consists of waterproof sensors for the bucket, stick, boom and frame. Ethernet wire runs through each sensor and connects them to the computer display in the cabin.

MOVAX ML-30 SIDE-GRIP PILE DRIVER


We use Movax piledriver technology for innovating piling on piers and waterways.

Movax piledriver is also suitable for wheeled land based  excavators, smaller rail road vehicles and the biggest backhoes. Fitted with heavy-duty clamps capable of driving a wide range of piles including sheet piles, H-piles, tubular steel piles and other pile sections. High frequency pile driver with fixed eccentric moment. Based on the MOVAX Modular System (MMS™). The unit is always equipped with one of the clamp systems; bottom clamp optional. Customized arms and clamps are available upon special request. Controlled with the MOVAX Control system.

WATERMASTER AND GEOTUBES


Geotubes dewatering bags are environmentally friendly option when discharge areas are within a densely populated areas or where there is contaminated soil which cannot be discharged into the traditional settling ponds due to environmental hazards.

Watermaster is able to pump silt, sludge and slime into the geotubes,  combination which has successfully been used in many projects worldwide.

Geotubes can be custom sized depending on the application and can be placed in available space between other structures, after use can be removed once the dewatering process is completed. Geotubes are cost effective alternative to mechanical processes. They reduce disposal cost by consolidating higher solids with very little maintenance.
